Barbara graduated from the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine with a BSc Honours degree & Licentiate of Acupuncture and is a fully licensed member of the British Acupuncture Association. Before her acupuncture training, she lived in Greece for 10 years working in educational publishing and business management. Barbara practises an integrated style of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Five Element Acupuncture incorporating additional methods such as cupping, moxibustion and gua sha to address a wide range of symptoms including anxiety, insomnia, headaches, fatigue, allergies, musculoskeletal pain, digestive and hormonal issues.

Barbara works in close partnership with her patients to restore balance at a deep level of body and mind so that lasting improvements in overall health, vitality and emotional wellbeing may be attained.

When not in clinic, Barbara is busy on her Rocketcrops urban farm growing nutritious microgreens for the local community and inspiring others to learn how to grow their own food.
