This exercise aims to improve and maintain mobility of your mid-back. The fixed chair and lack of armrests enable this exercise to focus on different levels of the mid-back.
Exercise 9b – Thoracic Spine Mobility in a Wheely Chair
This work-desk exercise aims to improve and maintain mobility of your mid-back and neck. The feet must remain flat on the floor to stabilise the chair. It can easily be performed on a regular basis at work.
