How to complain…

We hope that you (and all of our patients) will be very happy with our service and treatment.

However, if you do have a problem or want to complain, Peter and I aim to be approachable to everyone and truly want to resolve any issues or concerns that a patient may have. Nothing has changed in this regard since Bridge to Health first opened its doors, but in light of recent instructions from the British Osteopathic Association we have published a complaints procedure so that patients know who to contact and how to escalate their complaint if they feel it necessary.
