Dear Bridge to Health friends
May I firstly extend my warmest wishes to you all for a healthy and fruitful year.

2018 is a major milestone for Bridge to Health – it’s our 10th Year Jubilee!  This is an exciting time and we plan to share our celebrations with you.  Throughout the year we will introduce special offers, and host open days at our Ealing and Uxbridge clinics. We sincerely hope you’ll join us to meet the team, listen to our expert therapists talk on their specialist areas and then enjoy a celebratory cocktail with us.  Details to follow – watch this space!

We would also very much value your thoughts and feedback on our (we hope improved) newsletter. Clare Shephard has recently joined the team as ‘editor’ and we will now be publishling the newsletter every two months.  It is our intention to prepare and share a series of multi-disciplinary articles, grouped around a topical theme.  We kick off with “Preparation for Marathon Training.” Running is certainly an obsession for many people right now, thanks to New Year Resolutions and the upcoming London and Brighton marathons.

Please enjoy the advice, and tips and tricks we share, that will hopefully make the distances feel shorter.
