In this September-October edition of our newsletter, we turn our attention to Winter Wellness.
The days are once again shortening and the darker evenings are rapidly closing in - farewell summer and “hello” autumnal cold and damp! A grim mood of resignation sets in because experience suggests that we are now headed for the season of colds, ‘flu, arthritic stiffness and flare ups, back aches and pains.
Is this all unavoidable? We don’t think so. In this edition the team has pulled together years of seasonal wisdom in order to share top tips from their respective therapy. How can we balance exercise, nutrition, acupuncture, massage and a positive mindset to turn the tables on winter-associated poor health? Finally, allow me to remind you of our 10th Anniversary Clinic Open Days – Uxbridge on Thursday 4th October and Ealing on Thursday 18th October. During both days you can meet and chat to our all clinicians, and attend a series of health talks delivered by them.
