On Saturday 2nd February 2019 Emily is hosting a full day workshop on Managing your Menopause Naturally at the Drayton Court Hotel in Ealing. There is a full agenda featuring Sian Smith, one of our Osteopaths and Teresa O'Connor one of our Acupuncturists.
We are delighted to be involved with this venture and feel it will be of tremendous value to our female patients who are experiencing the symptoms of perimenopause and menopause

When you hear the word 'menopause', what springs to mind? Hot flushes? Night sweats? Mood swings? Just the thought of it is enough to make many women shudder. But contrary to popular belief, the menopause is not the end of the world. There are many natural ways to manage your symptoms and plenty of approaches to explore. 
Whether you're approaching the menopause, in the peri-menopause or wanting to learn how to prepare yourself for this next stage in your hormonal journey, this event is for you.  
On this one-day workshop, on Saturday 2nd February 2019, we'll tell you everything you need to know about the menopause. We'll dispel some common myths, advise you on natural ways to handle your symptoms and tell you why you should welcome it with open arms.
