On September 30th, thousands of runners took to the Ealing streets for the Ealing Half Marathon – well done to you all!  The Ealing team was there to hand out water, offer dates and cheer on those taking part. We had a careful eye on two runners in particular though. Malcolm Woolsey, our Ealing Half Marathon Preparation Package competition winner, and Sian Smith, a member of our Osteopath team in Ealing who was running to raise funds for EHE Rare Cancer Charity.

Our immune system is a very complex system. It protects us from a wide range of potentially harmful invaders such as bacteria, viruses, fungus and cancer cells.  Not many people know in fact that each area within the body has its own immune activated defence mechanisms.  We need to help protect them all.
