Specialism: PilatesPilates is a form of mindful movement that can truly change a person's life. Practising Pilates helped me to improve my posture and manage my back pain after an injury and has definitely improved my health and given me a better quality of life since then. My personal experience of the positive effects Pilates can have on both body and mind has given me a passion for this type of positive change and eventually inspired me to train as a Pilates teacher with Body Control Pilates.
I find great joy in teaching Pilates and spreading the awareness of how mindful movement can change lives for the better. So for whatever reason you might be considering Pilates - strengthening your core, improving your posture, managing back pain, rehab to recover from an injury, improving your stamina to support your sports activities - I believe Pilates is for everybody!
