Juliusz Wodzianski LLB PGDip MSc MBACP
Specialism: Counselling / PsychotherapyJuliusz works in accordance with the ethical practice framework of the BACP, which allows his clients to have confidence in his professionalism and high standards.
Juliusz is an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist having worked with people having had a range of difficulties to include depression, stress, anxiety, bereavement, relationship difficulties, work problems, a lack of meaning in life, and other issues. People can find positive aspects of life stressful too. For example, people are often anxious about marriage arrangements, a new job, moving home, studying and travelling, to name just a few.
Not only this, but everybody can find life too much from time to time, and people often find that they cannot admit this to family, friends or work colleagues. Suffering in silence is not an option for a healthy outcome, and an early approach to discuss things with a counsellor and psychotherapist can really help.
Juliusz has practised as a corporate lawyer for many years (in addition to working within the counselling and psychotherapy field) and he therefore has first hand experience of the demands, stresses, and strains commonly found within the workplace. He understands how people may feel that they cannot acknowledge their being stressed to themselves, their employers or colleagues. He is passionate about wellbeing in the workplace and has been a participant in wellbeing days at a number of organisations to include BT, Essex County Council and the Home Office.
