When I first met Margaret I felt overwhelmed, anxious most of the time and I was lacking confidence. I have ADHD and my symptoms had become worst since starting my Master. Margaret helped me change my thoughts and introduce techniques to reduce anxiety, and then we practice a range of techniques to see which works best for me. I have regained self-esteem and clarity of mind. I feel much better, I am more confident and if I become anxious it doesn’t last long.
