Cath is a fully qualified acupuncturist with a first-class BSc (Hons) degree in Traditional and Five Element Acupuncture from the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading, Berkshire. She also holds a Licentiate in Acupuncture (Lic Ac) and has additional training in treating musculoskeletal conditions.

Her journey into Chinese medicine began during several years living in Hong Kong and travelling in South East Asia, where she personally experienced the benefits of traditional Eastern approaches to health and wellbeing.

With over 20 years of experience in complementary health, Cath is also a qualified Iyengar yoga teacher, massage therapist, and reflexologist. She is passionate about supporting individuals through a wide range of health challenges - from physical injury and chronic pain to emotional well-being.

Cath treats a broad spectrum of conditions and has a particular interest in menopause, insomnia, mental health, addictions and musculoskeletal issues. Her treatments may also include moxibustion, gua sha, cupping or tuina, all of which she is fully trained and insured to provide.

She is a registered member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC), the UK’s leading regulatory body for traditional acupuncture. She is also listed on the Professional Standards Authority(PSA) register, demonstrating her commitment to the highest standards of professional practice.

Cath is recognised by all major health insurers, including AXA and Aviva.
