What is Injury Taping & Strapping?
Kinesiology Tape has become exceedingly popular in both professional and amateur sports. It is often used during the acute stage of injury when it is not appropriate to use more invasive hands on therapy, or to continue the healing process outside of the treatment room. It can be applied to individual muscles or joints as the need requires.
The benefits are as follows:
